How a departure is built
Step 01
Send your origin city, target month and a price ceiling through the enquiry form. We answer within one working day with two or three route codes that fit those limits, each with its own connection ledger.
Step 02
We place a 48-hour hold on the coach seat and on the hostel bed, then send the ledger for that route code. Status is always written as Available, Waitlist only or Closed, each followed by subject to availability. No seat counter is shown.
Step 03
A deposit of €60 per person, subject to availability, confirms the hold. The balance is due 21 days before departure; that total covers coach travel and the hostel bed only. Meals, local transit passes, entry tickets and the city tax payable at the hostel desk are separate. No booking fee is charged at the desk, and qelzovania.com is a single tax payer, so VAT is not added to student fares.
Step 04
Three days before travel you receive the station meeting point, the final ledger and the hostel address. The independent exploration block is listed with a start time, an end time and its length in hours, followed by the group meetup point for the return leg.
Written confirmation follows every step. If a route code moves to Waitlist only or Closed after your hold, we offer the nearest alternative date before the deposit is taken.
One enquiry covers the whole trip: transport connections, transfer buffers, station to hostel distance and the scheduled exploration block with a start and end time. Reception hours and payment limits at each property are stated as verified or not verified in our reply.
