We provide an online platform to request travel services. All services are subject to availability and these Terms.

3. Pricing, Fees, Taxes

Prices are displayed in UAH unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes unless noted. We may charge service fees, which are shown before you confirm. You are responsible for any bank fees. As a single tax payer, VAT may not be included.

4. Bookings and Payments

By requesting a service, you agree to pay the total price. We will confirm your booking by email. Payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the specific travel service. Refunds are processed according to the provider's policy and may be subject to fees.

6. Travel Restrictions

qelzovania.com LLC is a tour operator/travel agent as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" of 15.09.1995 No. 324/95-VR. License details available upon request.
