What happens next

Every enquiry lands on the same desk in Kyiv. Here is the exact order of events, the wording we use on availability, and the terms that apply before any money moves.

  1. 01

    Confirmation timing

    A written reply arrives within one business day. The desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time. Enquiries sent on a weekend or a Ukrainian public holiday are answered on the next business day.

  2. 02

    Availability wording

    Route status is written with one of three terms, and each one is followed by the same qualifier:

    • Available, subject to availability. Seats were open at the time of writing.
    • Waitlist only, subject to availability. The departure is full and we hold your details for a release.
    • Closed, subject to availability. We take no further bookings on that departure.

    We never show a seat count, a countdown or live inventory. A route marked Available can still fill between our reply and your deposit.

  3. 03

    How long a quote holds

    A written quote keeps its price for 14 days from the date on the email. Route codes, hostel names and departure windows stay exactly as quoted inside that period. After 14 days the figure is re-checked against the operator tariff and re-issued.

  4. 04

    Deposit and balance

    The holding deposit is €75 per person, subject to availability. A place is held only once the deposit clears, and the payment reference comes in the same email as the quote. The balance is due 21 days before departure. Cancel before that date and the deposit is returned minus any operator fees already committed.

qelzovania.com is a tour operator registered in Ukraine. Enquiries, payments, hostel reservations and route changes are all handled from one Kyiv office, not through an outside reseller.

qelzovania.com does not own or operate buses, trains or flights. Each leg of a city break is issued by the named carrier, and that carrier's timetable, luggage rules and conditions of carriage apply. Our scope is planning the connection, holding the hostel bed and staying reachable while you travel.
